With expertise in both commercial and residential construction, CSI Construction has garnered a vast number of accolades and honors over their 20 years in business. Commercial construction, multi-family residential units, and award winning luxury custom homes are the hallmark of CSI. Known for quality construction and a building process that’s second to none, CSI delivers energy efficient, green-built buildings that save money while they bring years of functionality and style to their owners. Some of CSI’s current projects are Huntington Trails Estates in Westminster and Starwood at Fox Meadows in Longmont, Colorado
CSI Construction, Inc. was founded and incorporated by Carl Sandusky in 1988 during the last real estate down cycle. Mr. Sandusky has over 35 years of diversified experience in real estate and construction dating back to summer internships while in college. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, he gained invaluable experience with The Cohen/Weitz Construction Company, Denver, in the 1980s. During his seven year tenure with Cohen/Weitz, Mr. Sandusky worked with nationally renowned architects, and sophisticated owners on several of Denver’s landmark buildings constructed at the time.
In the 1990s CSI Construction gained prominence in commercial construction and home building. In the 2000s CSI enjoyed positive growth in luxury custom home building along with a variety of unique commercial projects.
In 2010 Ian Armstrong, Robert Bradley, and Graham Christy started with CSI as Construction Managers, all graduates of the University of Colorado, College of Engineering.
Today, CSI stands as one of the state’s most innovative builders, bringing a commitment to excellence and a Colorado Style and Inspiration to every project.
