The Parkside at Nissi’s. Boulder County’s newest restaurant is part of the Bridgetown building in Lafayette, Colorado.
The Parkside restaurant is the new 3,000 sf building addition to Bridgetown, home of Nissi's Live Music & Bistro, Boulder County’s top live music venue, and The Creative Alliance, Colorado’s premier public relations and branding firm in Lafayette. The challenge was to build the new space while both businesses conducted business from 8 a.m. till 10 p.m. six days a week. The center piece of the addition was a moveable wall system that spanned 28 ft, which opens to create a larger music venue and events space. And since this artistic space had to fit in with the existing environment, the design, materials, decor and ambience had to be a perfect fit. The owners were thrilled to work so closely with CSI to achieve a beautiful space with a tight budget and tricky workplace situations.
