Some of CSI’s Significant Projects include:

Parkside Restaurant and Bridgetown Building Addition, Lafayette, Colorado. Challenges included temporary shoring of existing building and accommodation of ongoing business operations during construction.

Indian Road Office Park, 20,000 sf of office and light manufacturing, Boulder, Colorado. Challenges included building on unstable soil in the flood plain and utilizing long-span steel trusses, salvaged and supplied by the owner.

Alfalfa’s Market, acquired by Whole Foods, construction of three new stores in Boulder, Denver and Fort Collins, Colorado. Challenges included retrofitting grocery store operations and equipment into three existing and unique buildings.

Timber Cove Condominiums, 50 condominium units, Westminster, Colorado. Challenges included designing condominium buildings compatible with the existing community.

Metro Tech Center, 60,000 sf of office-retail tenant finish for Heller Financial, Westminster, Colorado. Challenges included accommodating multiple tenant users.

First Western Plaza, 50,000 sf renovation for the State of Colorado as tenant and Heller Financial as owner. Challenges included coordination with asbestos abatement contractor in an occupied mid-rise building in downtown Denver, Colorado.

1875 Lawrence Street; Project Management; Denver, Colorado; a 14 story, 305,000 sf tenant finish including an AT&T corporate center, for Larken Development.

Crossroads Mall; Project Management; Boulder, Colorado; a two level, 400,000 sf indoor mall redevelopment for the Boulder Urban Renewal Authority (BURA) and The Mace Rich Company.

Georex Properties; Project Engineering; Denver, Colorado; a six story, 140,000 sf corporate headquarters with three levels of underground parking.

Energy Center One; Project Engineering; Denver, Colorado; a 29 story, 600,000 sf multi-tenant office building for Urban Investment and Development.
